​Snacking is one of the dieter’s greatest traps. Shamefully we can be derailed with the smallest piece of chocolate and feel helpless and hopeless in finding a way to slay this late-night snacking beast. But, cheer up!

The truth is, we are all tempted by the "Late-Night Snacking Beast." I mean even Alice, who
